Board Information

• Board - $350.00 per month
  Board includes full care 7 days a week.  Full care includes, mucking and bedding, hay, water and feed, turnout (weather permitting), blanketing and removing blankets.   The barn uses a sawdust/shavings mix bedding at no additional charge to the boarder.  Supplements etc. supplied by owner.  Board Bills not paid in full by the 5th day will be assessed a late fee of 10% or $10.00 which ever is greater.
• Board Deposit - $350.00 Centerline Farm reserves the right to increase the deposit for clients without boarding history and references.  Centerline Farm may also require a higher Board Deposit from current clients where late payment history has been an issue.
• Basic Training - $300.00 per month  Basic Training is design to socialize a horse with those activities associated with horse care while providing exercising either on a lunge or under saddle.  The areas included in this service are Vet, Farrier and Dentist support, grooming and general care.  The horse is exercised up to 12 times a month at the discretion of the stable.  Horses are exercised for the purpose of fitness. This service should not be confused with that training designed to prepare or improve the horse's competition level.  This service is normal utilized for absentee boarders or those who can not perform the normal day to day responsibilities of horse ownership.  Additional training programs are available on requests.  
• Day Board -$20.00/Day Any board which is provided for a single occurrence or outside an active contract is considered Day Board.  This board may be for a single day or on going where a contract is not in place or has been terminated.  Not to be confused with Monthly board pro-rated for a partial month.
• Veterinary Services
  You are welcome to use your vet of choice.  The barn vet is available if you choose.  All horses must be maintained on a health program approved by the barn.   The barn will be more than happy to assist you in your health maintenance program.   Clients are expected to be present for all vet and farrier visits unless prior arrangements are made.
• Farrier Services
  Boarders are welcome to use their farrier of choice.  If you need assistance finding a farrier the barn will be glad to help you locate one. 
• Dental Services
  The barn uses Ken Pankow who visits twice a year.  Boarders are responsible for paying the dentist on the day of services.
• Hay and Feed Schedules
  Horses are fed up to 3 times a day and hayed 4 times a day.  Specialized feed and hay schedules can be accommodated for special needs at an additional charge.   The barn uses Purina feed.  Horses are given bran mashes on Sunday evening feed.
• Blanket Cleaning and Repair
  Centerline Farm Inc. annually contracts blanket service in the spring.  All boarders are welcome to use this service at their own expense.   Blankets are not to be stored at the barn over the warm months.
• Arena Usage
  The arena and all riding trails and areas are for the use of boarder.   Outside visitors must complete a rider waiver before mounting a horse on the property.
• Instructors and Trainers
  We can help you with your instruction and training needs or you can use an instructor of your choice.  All outside instructors and trainers must provide documentation of insurance with Centerline Farm Inc. named.  A $15.00 arena fee will be charge for all outside instructors per session.
